You can totally do this! I am doing a 60 day challenge at my gym after needing an elastic to keep my jeans closed cause I couldn't button them! :/ The beginning is the hardest but I am 30 days in and LOVING the healthy new me! Be sure to drink water and EAT. The most important thing you can do is fuel your body!
That's exciting! I just joined Weight Watchers, have been on for almost 5 weeks, and have lost about 11 lbs. But.... I have a goal more like 95 lbs. Good luck. I'll be tuning in to root for you and your soon to be loose again jeans!!
I'll be rooting for you. I have been walking 2-3 hours twice a week and eating right and so far in the last couple months I have lost 10 lbs. I am going back to curves one or two days a week soon. I will be joining u in my own way is wat I guess IM trying to say. You go girl!
